1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 2 days days.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days. Flat rate of $10 (or calculated by weight at checkout)..
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
3. Damages & Handling
  • We use reinforced, sturdy corrugated boxes and cushioning to prevent dents and leaks.
  • If your cans arrive punctured or leaking, please contact hello@drinkflojo.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product for a replacement or refund.
